PRICE LIST PER NIGHT DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION:

All prices include VAT.

The price includes on-site parking, bed linen, towels, and basic bathroom toiletries.

DISCOUNTS:

Volume discounts available depending on the number of nights – by agreement.

We offer affordable long-term (multi-month) business rentals.

MANDATORY SURCHARGES:

Tourist tax: 2.50 EUR/day

Tourist tax (ages 7–18): 1.25 EUR/day

Tourist tax (under 7 years): free

Final cleaning: 25 EUR

PAYMENT METHODS:

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), cash, or bank transfer by arrangement with the reception.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (WITH SURCHARGES):

Breakfast: by arrangement

Laundry service: 10 EUR per washing machine

Extra bed: 20 EUR/night, by arrangement

Final cleaning in case of improperly left premises: from 50 EUR

Late arrival without prior notice (extended wait time): 20 EUR/hour

Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited: 100 EUR (to reset the fire alarm system)

Pets – not allowed

CHARGING OF E-BIKES AND E-VEHICLES:

electric bikes (220V, in the garden): free of charge

electric cars: available at city charging stations, 300 m from the accommodation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, or by arrangement. Late check-in is possible.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance for better coordination.

Upon arrival, we will enter your details into the national guest registration system and arrange payment.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM.

Any additional payments should be settled the day before departure. For late check-out, please contact our staff in advance. We reserve the right to charge for an additional night in case of a late check-out. Keys must be returned at the reception or deposited in the designated drop-off box on site.

House Rules: Guests will be informed of the house rules upon arrival.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

1. A) Prepayment via bank transfer, arranged with reception. Payment details will be sent to you.
2. B) Credit card details (card type, card number, cardholder’s name, expiry date, CVC code).

A pre-authorization will be made 14 days prior to arrival. If the pre-authorization fails, you will be informed, and the reservation will not be confirmed until payment is received.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If the guest cancels the reservation between 7 and 1 day before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. If the guest does not cancel the reservation, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

The guest must recieve a cancellation confirmation from the accomodation.

The accomodation may cancel or modify the reservation in the event of force majeure or unforseen events.
