TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Apartments Boltez d.o.o.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To ensure your stay is pleasant and to avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to read our house rules and terms. Upon check-in, it is considered that you are familiar with, agree to, and will comply with them. Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and full charge for the accommodation, regardless of a shortened stay.<\/p>\n

Apartments Boltez d.o.o.<\/strong> (hereinafter the “Accommodation”) offers lodging in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n

A confirmed reservation constitutes a binding contract between the Accommodation and the guest, and both parties must honor the terms.<\/p>\n

The rental includes: the selected room, studio, or apartment per night, use of bed linen, towels, basic toiletries, parking, free Wi-Fi, VAT, and registration.<\/p>\n

The Accommodation will make efforts to fulfill any special requests made at the time of booking.<\/p>\n

The Accommodation is obligated to have the booked room ready and to deliver agreed-upon services. The guest agrees to pay the agreed amount for services used. Guests are not entitled to additional services not promised or not part of the offer.<\/p>\n

Check-in \/ Check-out<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check-in:<\/strong>
\nA valid ID document (passport, national ID card, driver\u2019s license) is required at check-in. All guests must hold a valid document during their stay. If a guest is underage, a responsible adult must manage their documents.<\/p>\n

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.<\/p>\n

The reserved unit is available for check-in between 17:00 and 21:00 or by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n

Early check-in may be possible by prior agreement.<\/p>\n

Check-out:<\/strong>
\nOn the day of departure, guests must vacate their room by 10:00 a.m. and return the key at reception or the designated drop-off point. All charges must be paid no later than the day before departure, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. may incur an additional fee. Late check-out may be granted based on prior agreement and staff discretion.<\/p>\n

Unpaid charges will be billed to your credit card, and you will be notified via email or the booking platform used.<\/p>\n

Breakfast<\/strong>
\nBreakfast may be provided by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n

Parking<\/strong>
\nGuests may park on the private, fenced parking lot in front of the accommodation. Guests are responsible for their vehicles and belongings. The Accommodation is not liable for loss or damage.<\/p>\n

Storage of Sports Equipment<\/strong>
\nStoring large sports equipment (bikes, skis, SUP boards, etc.) in rooms is prohibited unless agreed otherwise. Storage can be arranged in private areas of the Accommodation. Guests are liable for any damage resulting from non-compliance.<\/p>\n

Extra Beds and Children<\/strong>
\nThe maximum occupancy is equal to the number of beds. Extra beds may be allowed only with prior approval and possible additional charges.<\/p>\n

Quiet Hours<\/strong>
\nQuiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00.<\/p>\n

Cleanliness and Order<\/strong>
\nGuests are expected to maintain cleanliness in both the accommodation unit and common areas.<\/p>\n

For longer stays, housekeeping is available by arrangement (basic cleaning, towel change, linen change if needed). If guest belongings are left on the floor, they will not be moved, and cleaning will be done to the extent possible.<\/p>\n

For more frequent towel changes, please notify reception. We encourage eco-friendly behavior to reduce environmental impact.<\/p>\n

Smoking<\/strong>
\nSmoking is prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only on balconies or designated outdoor areas with ashtrays. Smoking at windows or in rooms without balconies is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

Violation may result in a cleaning and airing fee. Additional damage or fire alarm activation may incur a charge of \u20ac100 for system reset. If the fire department is called due to smoking, all related costs will be charged.<\/p>\n

Pets<\/strong>
\nPets are not allowed unless previously agreed upon.<\/p>\n

Doors<\/strong>
\nGuests are required to lock their room doors upon entering or leaving, for the safety of all guests and property.<\/p>\n

It is not allowed to bring flammable, explosive, or foul-smelling substances into the accommodation.<\/p>\n

Laundry and Ironing<\/strong>
\nLaundry service is available upon request and according to the current price list.<\/p>\n

Liability and Damages<\/strong>
\nThe Accommodation fulfills its contractual obligations with due diligence. It is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage to property, or personal injury unless caused by gross negligence.<\/p>\n

If any issues arise, the Accommodation will address them as soon as possible. Guests must cooperate to minimize damage.<\/p>\n

Guests are liable for any damage they cause and the Accommodation is not responsible for injury caused by such damage. In case of rule violations or damage, the Accommodation may remove the guest and charge for any incurred costs.<\/p>\n

The guest authorizes the Accommodation to charge their credit or debit card for any damages or stolen items.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right of the Accommodation to Cancel<\/strong>
\nThe Accommodation may cancel reservations for valid reasons (e.g., force majeure, emergencies, closure, false or misleading guest info, inappropriate guest behavior).<\/p>\n

Modifications may be made if:
\n– Urgent repairs are needed
\n– Double booking occurs<\/p>\n

In such cases, guests will be relocated to equivalent or superior accommodation at no extra cost, or refunded fully if no replacement is possible.<\/p>\n

Payment Methods<\/strong>
\nAccepted: Cash, debit or credit card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer.<\/p>\n

All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Tourist tax is additional and depends on the number of guests and nights.<\/p>\n

Tourist tax and any extra charges incurred during the stay must be paid at check-out.<\/p>\n

**Mandatory Fees:**
\n– Tourist tax (set by the local municipality)
\n– Final cleaning (per price list)
\n– Late check-out without arrangement: one full night
\n– Unregistered guest: \u20ac200 <\/p>\n

**Optional Fees:**
\n– Breakfast (upon request)
\n– Laundry (per price list)
\n– Extra bed (per price list)
\n– Final cleaning of excessively dirty unit (per price list)
\n– Unscheduled late arrival (per price list)
\n– Damages (assessed based on replacement cost, labor, and related loss of use)<\/p>\n

Final Provisions<\/strong>
\nThese terms are governed by Slovenian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in Kranj.<\/p>\n
