TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check-in:<\/strong> Between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, or by arrangement. Late check-in is possible.<\/p>\n

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time<\/strong> in advance for better coordination.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival, we will enter your details into the national guest registration system and arrange payment.<\/p>\n

Check-out:<\/strong> By 10:00 AM.<\/p>\n

Any additional payments should be settled the day before departure. For late check-out, please contact our staff in advance. We reserve the right to charge for an additional night in case of a late check-out. Keys must be returned at the reception or deposited in the designated drop-off box on site.<\/p>\n

House Rules:<\/strong> Guests will be informed of the house rules upon arrival.<\/p>\n

RESERVATION GUARANTEE<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. A) Prepayment via bank transfer, arranged with reception. Payment details will be sent to you.<\/li>\n
  2. B) Credit card details (card type, card number, cardholder’s name, expiry date, CVC code).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A pre-authorization will be made 14 days prior to arrival. If the pre-authorization fails, you will be informed, and the reservation will not be confirmed until payment is received.<\/p>\n

    CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. During the high season (from 1. April to 30. September), cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the guest cancels the reservation between 7 or 14 days and 1 day before arrival, 100% of the first night will be charged. If the guest does not cancel the reservation, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. If the guest shortens their stay, the full price of the agreed reservation will be charged<\/p>\n

    The guest must receive a cancellation confirmation from the accomodation.<\/p>\n

    The accomodation may cancel or modify the reservation in the event of force majeure or unforseen events.<\/p>\n
